Hopman Cup cancelled

The International Tennis Federation said that it decided to cancel the Hopman Cup, scheduled for this year, due to its timing conflicting with the Olympic Games held in the capital, Paris. The mixed team cup was scheduled to be held in Nice again after its successful hosting of the tournament last year, when Croatia won the tournament. Switzerland in the final.
It is noteworthy that the Hopman Cup was held in Australia before the start of the Australian Open, from 1989 until 2019. Three years after it stopped, the tournament returned to be held in France last year.
