Bahraini Salwa Eid Nasser wins silver in 400m race

Bahraini Salwa Eid Naser added a new achievement to her athletic career by winning the silver medal in the women's 400-meter race in the athletics competitions at the Paris 2024 Olympics. Salwa gave a distinguished performance in the race, thus giving her country the second silver medal in this Olympic session.

Bahraini runner Winifred Yaffe won the gold medal in the women's 3000m steeplechase race a few days ago, which enhances Bahrain's position in the track and field of athletics on the international stage.

Marilyde Paulino from the Dominican Republic came in first place to win the gold medal, beating Salwa Eid Nasser, while Poland's Natalia Kaczmarek took the bronze medal after a strong competition.
