Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti announced that midfielder Aurelien Chouamini will miss the Champions League final, due to a foot injury that could prevent him from participating with his team in the European Championship final.
Tchouamini (24 years old), who participated in 38 matches in all competitions with Real Madrid this season, has not played since he suffered a foot injury due to fatigue during the match with Bayern Munich in the European semi-finals.
The royal team will face its German rival, Borussia Dortmund, in the Champions League final at Wembley Stadium, on June 1.
The French national team's roster for the European Championship, announced by coach Didier Deschamps last week, included Chouamini's name among 25 players.
