The opening ceremony of the Olympics from the Seine

French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin announced that the number of spectators on the banks of the Seine to attend the river parade for the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games has been set at 326,000, including 222,000 free tickets.
Darmanin explained in his speech before the Senate Legal Committee that “104,000 people with paid tickets will be on the low platforms and on certain bridges, and 222,000 spectators on the high platforms,” estimating at 200,000 the number of people who will watch the concert from buildings overlooking the Seine River.
