De Minaur is a hero for Acapulco

For the second time in a row, Australian Alex de Minaur won the Acapulco Open Tennis Championship in Mexico, after defeating his Norwegian rival Casper Ruud 6-4, 6-4 in the final match.

With this victory, De Minaur (25 years old) stopped his streak of consecutive defeats in the 4 final matches he played, and won the eighth title in his career, which is his seventh on hard courts, to secure his place in the list of the top 10 ranked in the world.
