Celtic win the Scottish Cup

The Celtic team won the Scottish Cup after defeating Glasgow Rangers with a clean goal scored by Irish striker Adam Ida in the 90th minute.

Celtic won the title for the 42nd time, setting the record for the number of times it has won the tournament, ahead of Glasgow Rangers, who won the title 34 times.

Celtic participated in the tournament final 61 times, and Rangers reached the tournament final 53 times.

The Scottish Cup was launched for the first time in the 1873/1874 season and is considered the second oldest tournament in history after the English FA Cup.

Celtic was able to achieve the league and cup double this season, winning the league title for the third season in a row.
