Arsenal reached an agreement with Real Sociedad this month to pay the release clause of its Spanish midfielder Martin Zobimendi (25 years old), amounting to 52.5 million pounds sterling, and the deal is expected to be completed at the end of the season. For his part, Zobimendi intends to move to the English Premier League next summer, and has chosen to join Arsenal instead of Barcelona and Bayern Munich.
