Kante to West Ham, a step closer?

Press reports indicated that the Saudi Al-Ittihad Jeddah midfielder, N'Golo Kante, is close to moving to West Ham United in England.

Reports suggest West Ham are in advanced talks with Kante over a potential transfer. The deal is believed to be worth around £20m.

Kante (33 years old) is considered one of the best midfielders in the world, especially after the distinguished level he presented during the European Nations Championship, and he contributed to the French national team winning the 2018 World Cup.

Kante has previously played for Leicester City and Chelsea, winning the Premier League title with both clubs. West Ham are short of midfield options and believe Kante would be a strong addition to the squad. The deal is expected to be officially announced in the coming days.
