Lakers working to strengthen their coaching staff

Several entertainment sources reported that the Lakers management is seeking to strengthen its technical staff in preparation for the upcoming season, by adding two veteran coaches, Scott Brooks and Nate McMillan, as assistants to current technical director JJ Redick.

Who are Brooks and MacMillan?

Scott Brooks: A veteran NBA coach since 2000, he has coached such iconic teams as the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Washington Wizards.

Nate McMillan: Has extensive experience in the coaching world since 1998, having coached teams such as the Seattle SuperSonics, Portland Trail Blazers, Indiana Pacers and Atlanta Hawks.
