Argentine fan banned for life?

The Argentine club Tigre intends to impose a penalty on a fan by banning him from entering the stadium for life due to throwing an explosive towards a player from the Chacarita Juniors team, which led to the cancellation of the match between the two teams in the Argentine Football Cup.
The incident occurred during an argument between the players of the two teams and the referee, following the expulsion of Tigre captain Agustín Cardoso early in the second half of the 32nd round match of the Argentine Cup.
The firecracker was thrown from the stands by Tigre fans, hitting the eye of Chacarita striker Fernando Brandan, who needed treatment. After 15 minutes, the referee announced the cancellation of the match, when Tigre was leading 1-0.
