Milan signs Real Madrid player

AC Milan has officially announced the signing of a Real Madrid player to strengthen the team's ranks in the coming years.

Milan said in an official statement that it had signed Alex Jimenez, Real Madrid's left-back, permanently, to join and sign a contract with the Italian team until the summer of 2028.

Milan announced that Jimenez (19 years old), who signed a contract until 2028, included an option to extend his contract for an additional year to end on June 30, 2029.

Jimenez came through Real Madrid's youth system and arrived at Milan last season, where he made 19 appearances for the team and participated in the UEFA Youth League final.

It is noteworthy that Jimenez's loan contract to Milan included a clause that allowed the club to convert the loan into a final purchase contract for 5 million euros, which is what Milan paid in order to keep this player in its ranks.
