Pierre Jalkh participates in the General Assembly of the International Shooting Federation

The President of the Lebanese Shooting and Hunting Federation, Dr. Pierre Jalkh, who also serves as the President of the Lebanese Olympic Committee, participated in the General Assembly meetings of the International Shooting Federation held in the Italian capital, Rome. The agenda included discussing amendments to a number of articles of the International Federation’s internal regulations, in addition to approving the full calendar of championships for the year 2025.

On the sidelines of the meetings, Dr. Jalakh met with the President of the International Shooting Federation, Italian Luciano Rossi, and the President of the Asian Federation, Kuwaiti Sheikh Salman Al-Hamoud. The talks focused on strengthening bilateral relations between the International and Asian Federations, and between the Lebanese and International Federations. It is worth noting that Dr. Jalakh is a member of the Board of Directors of the Asian Shooting Federation, which enhances his role in developing this sport at the local and international levels.
