Beirut Marathon completed preparations for the “Rolling” race

The Beirut Marathon Association has completed the logistical, artistic and technical preparations for The Rolling Half race, a half marathon distance of 1.21 km, which will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2024, starting from the town of Selaata in the North region, along the seafront, all the way to the city of Jbeil, where the access line is. In this The framework: The Beirut Marathon Association’s work team, led by the Vice President of the Association, retired Brigadier General Hassan Rostom, conducted an inspection field tour of the race route and at the starting and arriving points. He pointed out that there is an operations room in which representatives of the Lebanese Army, the Internal Security Forces, the Red Cross, and the Medical Committee will participate, and units of the Army and Security Forces will take charge. Internal Affairs and Municipal Police protect the safety of the participants. It should be noted that registration to participate in the race has closed for 800 runners, male and female, and race numbers will begin on the 28th and 29th of February and on the 1st and 2nd of next March at the offices of the Beirut Marathon Association.
