Kanaan congratulated Speedball and the youth of Batroun

The head of the Maronites for Lebanon Gathering, lawyer Paul Youssef Kanaan, congratulated the Speedball Chekka Club for winning the Lebanese Volleyball Championship title, as well as the runner-up, the Batroun Youth Club. He considered “the final series to be special and exciting, and the fact that the competition was characterized by an atmosphere of friendship, sportsmanship, and high and fair morals between two clubs.” Two brothers representing the North Governorate and Batroun District, and with the support of a large crowd, it reminded us of the beautiful past and took us back to the golden age of the game, which used to fill our various stadiums with the most splendid sports festivals and weddings.
