Mount Lebanon Wushu Kung Fu Championship

The Lebanese Wushu Kung Fu Federation organized the Mount Lebanon Championship in the mock fighting style (Taolo) on the grounds of the Anthony Club - Baabda, in the presence of the president of the federation, Dr. George Nossair, his two deputies, Jacques Taglian and Noam Saadeh, the secretary, Bassam Nohra, and the treasurer, Dr. Patricia Nossair Zidane, head of the Taolo Committee.
More than 60 male and female players participated in all styles of free-hand (Nanchuan and Shanchuan) and weapons (thin and broad sword - stick and spear). They represented the following clubs: Antonine Baabda - Al-Sadaqa Anjar - Aba Bourj Hammoud - Square Fit Baabdat - Bel Horizon Adma - Hi Sporting Beirut. – Loako Kaslik.
The Anthony Club of Baabda came in first place with 122 points, Al-Sadaqa Anjar with 120 points, and Aba Bourj Hammoud with 94 points.
Prizes were then distributed to the winners in the presence of families and club presidents.
