Al-Ahly is the Egyptian Cup champion

Al-Ahly Club won the Egypt Cup title, after defeating its rival, Zamalek, with two clean goals, in the final match that was held at the Awal Park Stadium in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
Al-Ahly's first goal came in the 84th minute through its player Emam Ashour, and Mohamed Afsha added the club's second goal in stoppage time.
Al-Ahly Club is considered to have won the Egyptian Cup title the most, 39 times, followed by Zamalek Club, 28 times.
